Exercise Dyke

KC and Sunny do way more than burn off calories with the help of health club and a hot tub.

I just had finished my third set of bicep curls when I noticed this zaftig femme checking me out. Something about her made it tough to steal back my gaze.

Quite frankly, she took my breath away.

It required hard work and dedication to achieve endurance and develop more lean body mass and less adipose tissue than was considered average for my size. Proud of my accomplishments, I was in peak physical condition for the triathlon coming up in June. All the rigorous training showed as my muscles rippled. I had no trouble lifting, running, swimming, or biking at top speed. An addictive personality was both a blessing and a curse. Although I’d admit to being a pushover when it came to desirable women, I didn’t apologize for craving exercise, endorphins and sex. As far as I was concerned, those traits defined a well-toned butch.

Since I wasn’t the least bit tired, and she was obviously new around here, I decided to show off with another set, only with heavier weights. Wearing only a white A-line tank over a sports bra, I had free range of motion, but more importantly, the combo accentuated my broad shoulders and tight abs. The comfortable, well-worn cut-offs were a bit too short, but I didn’t mind the attention. Why not impress her with my powerful thighs while I was at it? I strutted my stuff. Look here, one hundred percent lean, mean, grade-A, prime butch, and I strode over to the leg press.

Once I’d adjusted the equipment for my height, I tacked on double the usual weight, and settled into the chair in a semi-reclining position. With my head and back firmly pressed against the padded seat, I placed my feet on the foot plate, hip-width apart. My shorts rode up. Anyone standing nearby could have a free show. I lifted the lever to free the weights and deliberately grasped the handles tight as might, which made my biceps bulge. Okay, so I made a big production out of it, but the benefits were well worth the effort. Typically, I preferred less weight and more reps for strength rather than bulk, but I had a captive audience.

I stretched and flexed my quads in slow, fluid movements for emphasis. She watched me while she rocked back and forth on the StairMaster. It was impossible not to notice how gracefully she shifted her weight from one foot to the other in time to the background music. Thinner women weren’t as light on their feet nor could they make climbing stairs look like ballet the way she did. As I observed her move in a syncopated motion with a captivating rhythm, I doubted that Reuben could do her portrait justice.

Women with curves and supple flesh I could sink my teeth into turned me to mush. The way she put her whole body into the routine had me mesmerized. I caught her eye and winked.
